  • You'll love it if you love music.

Totally engaging story of an African American musical genius. Despite a rough early life, he rose to become a world-famous producer of many 80s artists, including Madonna, David Bowie, Thompson Twins, Stevie Ray Vaughn, David Lee Roth, Paul Simon, Sister Sledge, Diana Ross, and many, many more. Each time he produced an LP by another artist, that lp became the biggest seller of that artist's career! Not a one-trick pony, this dude! Anyone interested in the music created in the 70s and 80s, should pick up this book. It's a must-read for music fans. And he wrote the book himself!! It's very, very very good. C'est Chic!
