This is a plastic toothpick dispenser with South Carolina promoted as a souvenir from the 1960's. It is made of plastic and has a clear plastic top that you can lift to fill up with toothpicks. It does work at times, but not always. There are a few toothpicks stuck inside. A nice collector's item for South Carolina lovers, or for toothpick holders. Made in Hong Kong.
