Neat piece of OSU ephemera! Look at Pistol Pete! Pamphlet has some overall rubbing, scuffing, light spot staining, dog-ear corners and light creases, etc.. It appears that there may have been a page or two removed from the beginning of the brochure (the first numbered page is page 5 "General Admission" and there is a bit of the remains of a sheet visible near the spine prior to that -- perhaps a "mail-in tear out or something comparable was originally affixed?).
